Welcome to Big Tech Coding. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to, and use of, our website, courses, community platforms, and any services provided by Big Tech Coding ("we", "our", or "us").

By using our services, enrolling in a course, or accessing our content, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Course Access and Enrollment

• Access to live courses is granted upon successful enrollment and payment.
• You may not share your access or course materials with others.
• Class sizes are limited to ensure quality and participation.
• We reserve the right to deny enrollment or remove students who violate our community or academic policies.

2. Payments and Refunds

• Payments are processed through secure third-party platforms (e.g., Stripe).
• All course fees must be paid prior to the course start date unless otherwise arranged.
• You may request a refund within 7 days after the course begins. Refund requests beyond this window will not be honored.
• To request a refund, email us at info@bigtechcoding.com with your name, the course you enrolled in, and your reason for withdrawal.
• Scholarship recipients are not eligible for refunds.
• We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of abuse, disruptive behavior, or if course access has been significantly used.

3. Intellectual Property

All course materials, content, recordings, and resources are the intellectual property of Big Tech Coding and may not be copied, redistributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

4. Student Conduct

• Students are expected to be respectful, engaged, and professional during live classes and within our Discord community.
• Harassment, inappropriate conduct, or academic dishonesty may result in removal from the course without refund.
• Students are responsible for completing quizzes, assignments, and exams by the deadlines provided.

5. Communication & Support

• We provide 24/7 messaging access through our Discord community and email subject to staff availability and hours.
• Instructors and staff aim to respond to questions in a timely manner, but availability may vary based on workload and time zones. Instructors will usually respond within a 4 hours but may take up to 24 hours to respond if demand is high, if the question requires additional research, or if the question is asked outside of normal business hours.
• We may contact you regarding course updates, feedback, and important reminders.

6. External Services

• We utilize third-party platforms such as Wix, Discord, Zoom, Google Forms, and Stripe.
• By using our services, you also agree to the terms and privacy policies of these third-party platforms.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

• We are committed to delivering high-quality instruction and mentorship, but we cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as internship or job placement.
• All services are provided "as is" without warranties or guarantees of any kind.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Big Tech Coding is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
• In any case, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the course in question.

9. Price Match Guarantee

Big Tech Coding proudly offers a Price Match Guarantee. If you find a competitor offering a similar course at a lower price, we will match their price — provided that the competitor's course includes a comparable level of service and support to what we offer.

To qualify for a price match:

• The competitor must offer live, instructor-led classes, not pre-recorded content.
• Their course must include similar services, such as weekly assignments, quizzes, live Q&A, instructor support, and mentorship.
• The competitor's pricing and course offering must be publicly listed and verifiable.

If a competitor offers a service that we do not yet provide at a similar price point, we will do our best to expand our offerings to match that service in value, but this does not guarantee a price reduction if the core offerings are not equivalent.

We stand behind the fact that Big Tech Coding provides the best value in the industry, offering more personalized support, live interaction, and real-world mentorship than most other programs at a more competitive price.

10. Changes to These Terms

• We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after an update indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
• The most current version will always be posted on our website.
